LEGAL AND REGULATORY INFORMATION

 

CNH Capital provides end-customers with specialised financial services, including tailored financing solutions. Our CNH Capital team is ready to guide end-customers through our financing options portfolio.

In United Kingdom, operations are primarily conducted through two entities: IC Financial Services UK Limited* (“ICFS UK”), and CNH Industrial Capital Europe Limited** (“CNHICE”), the latter being a joint venture between the CNH Group, the IVECO Group, and the BNP Paribas Group (Lease Solutions).

CNHICE is a financial institution owned by the CNH Group and authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, primarily offering financing services and solutions to retail customers.

ICFS UK is owned by IVECO Group and provides business-to-business financing services and solutions wholesale customers (dealer networks). This wholesale commercial activity is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

ICFS UK is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of credit broking, debt adjusting and debt counselling activity. FCA Firm Reference Number: 1026365. Where ICFS UK acts in relation to regulated credit broking, it acts as a credit broker and not as a lender. Lending to retail customers is provided by CNHICE.
