Our Purchased Protection Plans can be tailored to meet your specific needs and are available for most brands of new and used agricultural and construction equipment sold through Case, Case IH, New Holland, New Holland Construction and Kobelco dealerships.*

New Equipment
• Must be within the manufacturer’s base warranty period at the time of registration to qualify for standard new equipment rates
• For eligible equipment, plans may be added up to four months beyond the base warranty period, however:
o A surcharge will be added to the standard new equipment rate
o Failures occurring within the first 30 days after the registration date, as well as pre-existing conditions, are not eligible for reimbursement
Used Equipment
• Must be less than seven years old and have less than 7,000 machine hours at time of registration, in addition:
o Used equipment with more than 1,000 machine hours will require oil testing to determine eligibility
o Eligible repairs for failures occurring within the first 30 days after registration will be reimbursed at 50% of the retail rate for parts and labor
